Placing an order is very easy. Just add your desired items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. If it’s your first time placing an order, you can check out as a guest or register for an account. By filling out the registration and setting up an account, you will be able to check out much faster the next time you place an order with us. Registered accounts must include your first and last name, shipping address and email. If your name or address are not included, then it is assumed your account is fake and will be deleted.
We accept credit card payments through PayPal and Stripe. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use your credit card.
Shipping Within the United States
Most orders ship out within one to two business days from the time the order is placed. Shipping is provided through the United States Postal Service and takes anywhere from two to five business days in addition to in-house processing. If your order cannot be shipped out within this time frame, you will be contacted by email with an estimated shipping date. If you need your order sooner, please contact us for expedited shipping options.
We will ship to the address provided. Reshipping an order due to customer providing an incorrect address will be at customer expense. Bella Fresca is not responsible for lost, broken or stolen packages.
Please note, the shipping calculator cannot determine whether your order will fit into a USPS Flat Rate Box or Envelope. If your order does fit and it will save you money, we will automatically use this option and refund excess shipping costs to your credit card.
Bella Fresca does its part to help the environment and recycles shipping materials as much as possible including bubble wrap, shipping boxes and packing peanuts.
International shipping is available to customers in many parts of the world by special request. If you would like your order shipped to an international address, contact us prior to placing your order so we can figure out the best way to ship your order. Please familiarize yourself with any restrictions for products shipped to your country. Bella Fresca is not responsible for any loss, damage or delay due to local shipping restrictions. Import duties and custom fees (if any) are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your customs rules, regulations, and fees before placing your order.
All bath and body product sales are final. Due to the personal nature of these items, we cannot refund, exchange, or accept a returned item unless there is a mistake on our end. We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are unhappy with an item, please email customer service within three days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Bella Fresca is required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Colorado.
